About this house rental
Holiday house for up to 4 people. The house is located on a 500 square meter plot of land and was built in Danish style in wooden frame construction in 2015-16.
The open kitchen and dining area are located on approx. 60 square meters. The spacious shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, BD, toilet and sink. There is also a guest toilet and a storage room with tumble dryer. The two cozy bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and flat screen TVs. In the living room there is a 40 inch TV with a blue ray player and a HIFI system. The kitchen is equipped with modern facilities, with all base cabinets provided with pull-outs. On the surrounding wooden terrace, you can relax in the beach chair and enjoy the sunset.
The house is at ground level and barrier-free. Pets and smoking in the house are not permitted.

Das Haus kommt von außen mit einem "Understatement" daher, von innen besticht es durch die hohen Räume, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Ausstattung, die wirklich gar nichts vermissen lässt. Der Blick auf grasende Kühe, hoppelnde Feldhasen und ziehende Graugänse lässt einen sofort zur Ruhe kommen. Ideal für Fußgänger/Radfahrer ist auch die Nähe zum kleinen Hauptort der Insel.

Sauber, zentral, gut eingerichtet und mit toller Aussicht auf saftige Wiesen mit Gänsen, Vögeln aller Art. Selbst ein Seeadler ließ sich blicken. Warm dank Fußbodenheizung. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!

Bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Wärme, die das Haus bietet: mit liebevollen Details wurde aus dem Ferienhaus unmittelbar ein Zuhause zum Wohlfühlen. Praktische und stilsichere Einrichtung, perfekte Lage und reibungsloser Ablauf bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Wir würden gern wieder in der Grauen Perle wohnen, die ihrem Namen alle Ehre macht! Vielen Dank!
