We offer you a dream apartment in the Sonnenhaus, a bit away from the hustle and bustle in Winterberg. In Niedersfeld you can expect more than you think! Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter - a holiday in the state-approved health resort Niedersfeld refreshes you from head to toe. The ground floor apartment 76 m2 has its own garage which is attached to the house and has an electric gate. There they park their car safely and dry as well as possibly skis, bicycles or motorcycles. (Garage door height is limited) When entering through pin code they enter the house. First of all, you will find a good new kitchen, fully equipped with electrical helpers. The living room invites you to linger. Everything has been newly renovated and the entire interior is new. A large and new living area invites you to relax. A beautiful large modern dining table with 4 chairs and a LED Tv is at your disposal and of course free Wi-Fi and a balcony with a great view. In the bedroom there is a large double upholstered bed with wardrobe and bedside tables and windows. In the children's room you expect two single beds which you can possibly push together as well as a wardrobe. The apartment has of course garden access and also in the apartment itself has a beautiful panoramic view. Simply fantastic . Feel at home and enjoy the newly furnished apartment during your vacation. They will lack nothing. Not far away is the main road leading to Winterberg. In just a few minutes you are already there about 6km.

The owner had amazing and quick communication. The place was great and as advertised. The beds and rooms were actually very good. Spacious kitchen and an updated bathroom.
