About this house rental
This imposing, cozy and well-maintained two-family house near Massa e Cozzile (1.2 km) is located on the slope of a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of a wide valley with olive trees, the surrounding hills and, in the distance, Montecatini. In front of the house is a well-kept fenced lawn with pool and beautiful views. Guests can also enjoy a covered terrace (30 m²) with table for outdoor meals. The adjacent part of the villa is independent and currently unoccupied. Excursion tips: 5 km Montecatini (important thermal town with sports facilities and stores of all kinds), 25 km from Lucca with its impressive city walls, beautiful churches and squares, including the famous Piazza dell ' Anfiteatro. In addition, Lucca hosts two important and famous annual events, the Lucca Summer Festival with international singers and the Lucca Comics, a must for those who love the fantasy genre. The charming city of Pistoia is about 25 km from the accommodation. Here the beautiful Piazza Duomo awaits you, dominated by an ancient bell tower. In the same square you can also find the Cathedral, the Palazzo del Comune and the Baptistery, behind which there is a picturesque little market district. Pistoia is also famous for the Pistoia Blues Festival, held annually in July, which attracts many visitors. At a distance of about 45 km (30 minutes by car ) the beautiful, wide sandy beaches of Versilia await you, ideal for families with children. For those who want to enjoy a relaxing day, 10 km away is a thermal spa with massages, pools and caves with the possibility of diving excursions. On request (at least 10 days in advance) it is possible to arrange a chef for dinners with personalized menus.
