For the most beautiful days of the year:
Enjoy your vacation in a non-smoking apartment in a traditional thatched house in the center of Nebel. The tastefully furnished rooms are located on the ground floor and extend over a total of 65 square meters. The living room offers access to the well-kept garden with the south-east-facing terrace, which is ideal for an outdoor breakfast. A beach chair typical of the region is also available.
Location:
The apartment is in the house "Hüs üüb Oomram" with a total of only 4 residential units in a very well-kept environment in the center of Nebel. The "Nebel-Mitte" bus stop is right outside the front door, which makes car-free travel very easy. You can walk to a bakery, a supermarket, various restaurants, a bank (Volksbank), a post office, some boutiques and three ways to rent bicycles.
Europe's largest sandy beach is only 2 km away and can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes. A walk of about 30 minutes through the dune landscape takes you to the landmark of Amrum, the lighthouse.
Furnishing:
The living room offers a dining table with space for 4 people and a cozy seating area with a fireplace. This invites you to romantic evenings or to warm up on bad weather days. A large flat screen TV, DVD player and a Dolby Surround Bose system are available. WiFi is available free of charge.
The open and fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven and a coffee machine.
The two spacious bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds.
The modern bathroom with sink, shower and toilet is directly adjacent to a Finnish sauna that can accommodate 4 people. Here you can relax after long walks on the beach.
Towels and bed linen are of course available.
There is a parking space in front of the house.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the four living units in the common room.

Tourist tax:
The landlord pays the tourist tax in advance and has to pay it within 1 week after departure.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist schön eingerichtet, liegt perfekt (Bäcker, Markt und Fahrradverleih sind in unmittelbarer Nähe) und ruhig.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in diesem hübschen Haus verbringen dürfen. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht der Realität.Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Amrum. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Nebel und ist insbesondere wegen der Sauna ein Highlight. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!
