Do you want to spend a relaxing holiday in the country and have the opportunity to visit Rome? Vigna Licia is the place for you. Vigna Licia is only at 18 km from the center of Rome and 9 km from the beltway.
The house is surrounded by an inviting garden with pines, cedars of Lebanon and olives. The property is in the heart of Decima Malafede, the largest nature reserve in Europe, which is in the midst of an urban area. Vigna Licia has two cozy apartments well-kept and with the necessary comfort to guarantee you a pleasant stay. The apartment is located on the first floor of the main villa and consists of a living room with a bedsofa for one person, one double bedroom, two single rooms. Kitchen with 4 gas stoves, gas oven with grill, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with shower. SAT-TV, DVD and radio / CD. Bedding, kitchen and bath linens are included. Large furnished terraces, barbecue, guest laundryroom with washing machine, table football, seesaw, children's games, table tennis and common parking space. There is a children's bed available under request as a highchair.
Pool and whirlpool are not heated and work from June tomid September. In case of good and warm weather also earlier.
If you use your own car, you will be at the Underground stop of line B "EUR Laurentina" in about 15 minutes. There you can leave your car in a large parking lot with 1000 parking spaces for only € 1.50 (for 12 hours).

We had a lovely stay here, with three children between 15 and 9.The apartment is well maintained, the area is peaceful and quiet and we decided not to go out on some days because we enjoyed it so much there.We were in the upper apartment and had our own balcony - front and back, with outdoor chairs, sun loungers and tables.We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to family and friends. The hosts and caretaker are helpful, responsive and the atmosphere is so peaceful.

We had a wonderfulp stay, Mrs. Licia and her people were very hospitable and helpful when we suffered car problems. The location has a good atmosphere and the views are great. The distance to Rome is easy to travel by car and metro.

As a family of 5, we felt very comfortable here. The property is on acreage on the outskirts of Rome just north of Pomezia. We had a hire car, however, we used the Metro train from Laurentina to get into the city (from door to city 45 mins). Licia was a wealth of knowledge & recommended many places of interest (outside the main attractions). The accommodation provided the necessary equipment to cook for a family of 5. The apartment was generous in size. In our down time, the grounds were explored by the kids; table tennis, space to kick the soccer ball, bikes & a swimming pool. If youre a cat lover, there are a number of affectionate cats that roam the property. We would highly recommend this accommodation & thank Licia & Eli for their assistance in making our stay a fantastic one!
