About this apartment rental
Our modern equipped apartment **** with a separate entrance offers a wonderful view of the Aschberg summit and is framed by a large property with a lawn and children's playground. The entrance area is spacious. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub, a large window, a toilet and new bathroom furniture. The kitchen is about 20 square meters. It contains everything you can only imagine. You can eat comfortably on the cozy corner seat. Kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom are on the basement. A staircase takes you to the living room of approx. 20 sqm. Here is a comfortable sofa bed, which offers space for two more people to sleep. From here you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Aschberg and our new large hill due to the large corner windows. The second floor is Bedroom. There is a double bed and a single bed, as well as a comfortable linen wardrobe.

The modern furnished apartment **** is located directly on the local mountain of Klingenthal, the Aschberg. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Aschberg summit. The apartment is framed by a large, well-kept garden plot.
Start your walks or hikes on the Aschberg or in the immediate vicinity of Klingenthal directly at the apartment.
You can actively relax in the summer months by hiking and cycling on a very well-developed network of hiking and biking trails. You can start your tours directly at the apartment. Only 2 km away is an attractive winter sports center with attractive runs in various levels of difficulty. The excellent network of trails, including the famous and very snow-sure ridge trail, offer cross-country fans the best opportunities for their sport. The large garden is ideal for the children. There is a small sandpit and a swing, as well as a large meadow for playing.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we felt at home right away. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly – truly great people. We would gladly come back and can fully recommend staying here.

Aufgrund einer Stornierung, konnten wir spontan für ein paar Tage diese schöne Ferienwohnung noch buchen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Als erstes kann man nur danke sagen. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und befindet sich in guter Lage. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und erhielten gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Allen hat es gut gefallen und eine Wiederhohlung ist nicht ausgeschlossen.
