About this house rental

In the winter of 2018: Fresh snow is enough for all winter sports enthusiasts - see also pictures in the gallery!
The professionally groomed trail is in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance!
Very nice, spacious single-family house (175qm) for 2-6 people equipped in a quiet prime location, modern and comfortable. Large comfortable living room with fireplace, 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bath, shower, sauna and fitness room leave no wish unfulfilled. The large garden (950qm) with a nice lawn and a cozy terrace invite you to linger. For your car there is a garage. For sporty and children there is a table tennis table!
Located just start cross-country ski (classic and skating) and the direct access to fascinating hikes (Breitenstein, Geigelstein, Klobenstein, Kampenwand and many hosted mountain pastures. Children's lift in about 1km, alpine skiing in about 10 or 15km.

Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil in einer sehr schönen Gegend. In diesem großzügigen Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und was einen entspannten Urlaub garantiert. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der eingezäunte Garten ist sehr schön mit Blumen, Sträuchern und Bäumen bewachsen, inklusive einer kleinen Bienenwiese. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Unternehmungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Haus entspricht von innen komplett der Beschreibung, wie auch den Fotos. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr schön, und alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Leider zeigen die Fotos nicht die drei Wohnblocks 2.5 Geschosse die von zwei Seiten das Haus zum Garten/Terasse hin umrahmen. Man hatte dauernd das Gefühl man wird beobachtet, was auch da wir 3 Wochen nur Top Wetter hatten auch wirklich so war. Der Kaminofen hatte so seine Probleme, da der Rauchabzug sehr träge war. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in alle Richtungen loswandern, was auch sehr angenehm war. Da es in den Wohnblocks ca.10 oder mehr Hunde gibt, kann es am Zaun sofern man eigene Vierbeiner mit hat schon mal sehr laut und stressig werden. Die Gaststätten in Schleching und Umgebung sind alle sehr gut. Einkaufen vor Ort auch kein Problem, und in Unterwössen 6km gibt es einen super EDEKA! Das Wandergebiet lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir haben so in knapp 18 Tage 247km gewandert mal steil mal flach. Rundum trotz Wohnblocks und Rauch ein schöner Urlaub nicht zuletzt wegen 3 Wochen Top Wetter.
