Nice 4-room apartment on two floors, on the second and top floor, approx. 110 m2, in a sunny and quiet position. Entrance with hall stand. Two double rooms. Shower/toilet/lavabo. Open kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Living/dining room with fireplace and balcony with view of the lake and mountains. Top floor: room with French bed, bath/toilet/lavabo. Storerooms. 2 garage parking places. Pets are not allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Luorza is a recently built house next to the forest, on a quiet positon. The Corvatsch cableway is reachable by foot or by bus. The Corvatsch mountain is in the winter a beautiful skiing are and in the summer starting point of many hiking trips. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are near the house. The bus stop is reachable within five minutes by foot. During the season busses run every half hour in all directions. There is a small grocery in Surlej. Other shopping facilities can be found in Silvaplana or St. Moritz.

Missverständnisse wurden durch Rückfragen sofort ausgeräumt.
Kaffeekapseln als Geschenk und Ausrüstung der Küche waren hervorragend.
Guter Beschrieb der Wohnung und all der Informationen drum herum.
Sehr grosszügig punkto Raumangebot, 2 Bäder, gut ausgerüstete Küche.

Wohnung insgesamt sehr schön, einzige Beanstandung ist die nicht so tolle Ausstattung der Küche. Es gibt z.b. Nicht einmal eine Auflaufform, mit der ich etwas im Backofen backen kann. Auch eine richtige Größe Teekanne habe ich vermisst. Sonst war alles fein!
