About this house rental
The tastefully, partially rustically furnished detached 3-room rustico is located about 2 km above Cannero in a quiet and sunny day. The living space is approximately 70 m². The spacious outdoor area with a 50 m² sun terrace with barbecue area, garden shower and Kiwipergola as well as a 300 m² large private garden with camellias, palm trees and many fruit trees such as orange, banana, kiwi, apple trees etc. If you do not want to leave the contact with the rest of the world on vacation, there is a free WLAN Internet access available. The lake view from the rustico, from the terrace or Pergola and the garden is breathtaking. The Rustico has a car parking space close to the house as well as a garage and another parking space in about 40 m distance. A tennis court is about 3 km away. The property is simply beautiful! The house per se is rather small, but well equiped with everything you need. You will want to spend every waking moment outdoors. Please be aware of a narrow spiral staircase connecting to the upstairs. This is not ideal for people with limited mobility.

Die “Hausübergabe" kann man noch mit Humor nehmen. Man wartet wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt in einem Ristorante hoch über dem Lago, bis der Padrone seinen Bruder in der Küche gefunden hat. Der braust dann in ordentlichem Tempo auf dem Moped vorweg zur Casa. Erklärt wird nicht viel, Hauptsache, die zwei Drittel des Mietpreises werden in bar übergeben. Man denke sich seinen Teil dazu. Nach so viel Klischee entdeckt man, dass es um die Sauberkeit im Rustico nicht allzu gut bestellt ist. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht und das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Mückenschutzgitter schließen nicht dicht oder sind so lädiert, dass teils recht exotische Krabbel - und Spinnentiere ein- und ausgehen. Die Krönung sind aber insgesamt drei gar nicht so kleine Skorpione, die sich auch in Bettkastennähe tummeln und einen Teil der Urlauber um den Schlaf bringen. Irgendwo muss da ein Nest im Haus sein. Die nächtlichen schabenden Geräusche machten es auch nicht besser. Kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, trotz der tollen Aussicht und der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Sehr schade.
