About this apartment rental
Our villa covers an area of 1000 square meters, which includes two apartments of 70 square meters each, a large garden, free parking, the relaxation area and the solarium area. It consists of 2 separate but neighboring 70 square meter apartments, guests will therefore find themselves sharing the common outdoor areas such as: the hot tub, the garden and the games (ping pong table, billiards, table football). This apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining table and a sofa bed.
Apart from the common areas, there are reserved areas and services for each apartment, among them: an outdoor table to eat on the terrace in front of the house, a barbecue, an outdoor shower in the garden, an umbrella and sun beds for the beach.
THE VILLA HAS A SINGLE ENTRANCE WITH TWO EQUAL AND ATTACHED APARTMENTS.
THE ENTRANCE IS ON THE DOMIZIAN STATE ROAD,
IT HAS A PRIVATE ENTRANCE, WITH PARKING FOR 3 CARS.
FROM THE ENTRANCE GATE TO THE VILLA THERE IS A 80 MT AVENUE, THEN THERE IS THE VILLA WITH THE 2 APARTMENTS.
FROM THE HOUSE TO THE BEACH THERE IS A LARGE TERRACE, A DRIVE OF OTHER 50 MT AND THEN THE GATE THAT OPENS ON THE BEACH.
OUTSIDE THE VILLA THERE IS A RESIDENCE WITH POOL AND OR RESTAURANT / PIZZERIA WHERE THEY ENTERTAIN AND MUSIC IN SOME HOURS OF THE DAY: 11-13 16-19 23-01
IN FRONT OF THE VILLA THERE ARE BARS AND CHEESE / MINI MARKETS WHICH PRODUCES AN EXCELLENT MOZZARELLA AND SELLS A DELICIOUS HOME-MADE PIZZA. THE NEAREST MARKET IS 2 KM.

La posizione ed i servizi della struttura sono esattamente come presentati: la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario (dai phon alle stoviglie per cucinare qualsiasi cosa) ed il mare si raggiunge in un minuto da un cancello direttamente sulla spiaggia con il gestore che mette e a disposizione tutto il necessario (sdraio e ombrellone). Nel complesso una vacanza molto piacevole, unica nota forse un po' troppa animazione nei dintorni, oltre ad una smodata passione per i fuochi d'artificio per la gente del posto (probabilmente legati ai festeggiamenti di ferragosto e che ovviamente non dipendono dalla volontà del proprietario del quale risottoloneo gentilezza e disponibilità).

Villa Ferrero è un ambiente unico, dove non manca nulla.
Il giardino sul mare è straordinario, la casa accogliente, i proprietari discreti, squisiti e disponibilissimi.
Abbiamo goduto dell'ambiente del mare per tutta la durata delle giornate, in pieno relax... una esperienza da ripetere.

Nicely situated on the beach. The city of Mondragone is far from everything, you need a car or take the train to Napoli. Nothing much around the area as stores or restaurants. The owner switched us to the Mariis house, which I think is much nicer than the Gaudii. The gardens are very nice and peaceful. The beds are very very hard, not use to that. A microwave would be a nice addition. It rained the whole time we were there so it does not help. The owners are very nice people.
