About this house rental

A great house with everything you need, in an ideal location both in summer and winter - very comfortable single-family house "Happy". On the outskirts, in a sunny, elevated position, 2.3 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property with lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house, single garage. Supermarket, restaurant 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "510" 450 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km, bathing lake "Erlebnisbadesee" 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 4 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Amadé 1.5 km, Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann 8 km, Altenmarkt-Zauchensee 8 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Free ski bus service to the ski region Flachau.
5-room house 170 m2. Fully renovated, modern and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with cable TV. Shower, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with cable TV. 1 room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and cable TV. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Balcony. Het is een groot huis, we hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. Ik had voor het geld wat we betaald hebben wel wat meer verwacht. We misten een droogrek voor je kleding. keuken benodigdheden Garde, maat beker,schaar waren niet aanwezig,1 spatel. kleine diepvries in koelkast.tuintafel en tuinbank zijn aan vervanging toe. ik miste een welkomspakketje.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und herzlich.

Wir waren im September 2021 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Betten waren bequem, es gab einen Grill und Sonnenliegen, ein Bäcker war mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit entfernt und der große Esszimmer Tisch war toll. Einzig die Esszimmerstühle sind recht durchgesessen, diese gehören mal neu gepolstert. Außerdem war es sehr warm im Haus und an den Fenstern gab es leider keine Fliegengitter, wodurch es abends entweder sehr warm und mit der Zeit stickig im Wohn-/Esszimmer wurde oder viele Insekten reingeflogen kamen. Die Sauna wurde täglich von uns genutzt, schade war nur, dass man sie z. B. bei schlechtem Wetter nicht auch mal früher/länger nutzen kann. Alles in allem würden wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kommen!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die eigene Sauna weiß zu überzeugen. Die Einrichtung sieht stylisch aus. Es gibt nur kleinere Schwächen wie z.b. eine etwas schwache Heizung in einem Schlafzimmer im ersten Obergeschoss und Terrassentüren durch die kalte Luft herein strömt. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.
