This apartment consists of a cozy living room with mountain views, a corner bench with a modern Bavarian flair and a double sofa bed. This room is equipped with a satellite TV, a stereo and a cozy book corner. WIFI is also available.
This is followed by a modern and fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality dishes and cookware. The bright bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door and is furnished with a double bed and a stylish closet. The very spacious daylight bathroom invites you to an extensive shower experience through a rain shower; the bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub and a large vanity.
Bed linen and towels are included. A washing machine room and a clothes dryer are available. The garden invites you to relax. An excursion into nature or a relaxed walk through the village, as well as a trip to the famous cultural monuments can be reached from here in a short time.
Our holiday apartment 'König Ludwig' is located at König Ludwig Strasse 6, not far from the center of Oberammergau.

On foot you are in about 4 minutes in the center, with all its specialty shops, restaurants, cafés and event venues such as. B. the Passionspieltheater, hikes, bike tours start about 100 meters from the house. A sledge mountain and the sun trail can also be reached in about 4 minutes on foot. The piston ski area, the Laberberg cable car or the swimming pool are max. 4 minutes by car. The train and bus station is about a 10-minute walk away. So an ideal location to leave the car.

The decor is simple yet elegant. Cute little Ludwig and Sissi touches. Beautiful village and close to all the Ludwig II castles. The perfect place to stay for the Ludwig II fan!

Very enjoyable stay at Christian’s property in Oberammergau… great location as we walked to everything, including the Passion Play Theater… easy drive through Bavaria to get there. Christian was very friendly, hospitable… and was very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean… also a very quiet location. Thank you!

We had some issues initially - when we got there the place was freezing cold and it took several hours to warm up. During that time we were unable to get a hold of our host as his phone number was out of service. The bed was quite loud and uncomfortable. We had to clean many of the dishes and utensils before using them. Location was good and we loved the town of Oberammergau and surrounding area.
