The detached holiday home is rustically furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular due to the view from the property onto the forests and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facility, garden furniture, and campfire site. A tennis court is available at the house (for shared use with holiday home CSR EZG 027).

Wir waren als Männergruppe übers Wochenende in Rotava. Die Unterkunft ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, etwas frische Farbe an den Wänden und ein neuer Fußboden können das ganze noch verbessern. Das Objekt liegt direkt am Wald in sehr ruhiger Lage, man hat also seine Ruhe und stört selbst auch niemanden.
Für kleine Gruppen eine gute Unterkunft.
