Three villas & two swimming pools allow for planning together or separately, ensuring flexibility, space & independence. Everyone can go their own way to unwind & catch up when they're ready.
Re-unite with friends or connect generations over drinks & meals al-fresco on our large terrace. Take advantage of our enormous restaurant size BBQ, it's big enough for all group meals.
The villas are set in a beautiful 5000 m2 pomegranate tree garden ensuring exclusivity, space & stunning views & are only an 8 - 10 minute walk to restaurants & bars ensuring the best of both worlds.
At Pomegranate Garden Villas we've done our best to meet everyone's expectations. With ample space both inside & out & identical floor plans & furnishings in each of the 3 villas , no one in your group will feel as if they've drawn the short straw.
With everyone's boxes ticked, you can concentrate on creating special memories with your favourite people.
The property is in the perfect location for you to enjoy stunning views, scenery & the experiences that Dalyan has to offer. It's only an 8 - 10 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. It's very easy to get around & we supply 6 bicycles with each booking.
We can arrange transfers from & to Dalaman airport & private boat tours for your group to Koyegiz lake, Ekincik caves or other beautiful areas along this stunning coastline.

Bedroom 1 - Penthouse style master bedroom en-suite bathroom with "Emperor size" bed.
Bedroom 4 - Single bedroom
Occupier can have sole use of family bathroom.
Downstairs:-
Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom en-suite bathroom. Balcony.
Bedroom 3 - Bedroom with 2 single beds en-suite bathroom.
You will adore the exclusive 200cm ² (6ft 7 inch) wide "Emperor size" bed in the master bedroom. It's not a common bed because it is so large. Two people sharing an Emperor bed will benefit from an amazing amount of room to stretch out.
We had the beds, and all the bedroom furniture custom made by a local carpenter.
All bedrooms are spacious with well planned storage space & more than enough hangers for your holiday wardrobe. All rooms have airconditioning
Comfortable living room with TV & Bluetooth speakers & Amazon Firestick.
Amazingly well equipped kitchen leading to a lovely large balcony with table to seat 6.

Perfect properties, beautifully presented and equipped with everything you will need. A short stroll to all the shops and restaurants of Dalyan so did not need the car. Very high quality and service and there is even a yacht and skipper that you can hire for sea or lake cruising. They have thought of everything for a stress and worry free holiday. Absolutely first class.

The villas were perfect.
We were an extended family group of 19 adults spread across the three villas.
Space for everyone to mingle or have some quiet time. We also nominated one pool as the quiet pool, a bonus of having the two.
Bathrooms galore, so no having to wait around.
The chilled water fountains were a real bonus, no carting bottles back from the supermarket every day. There were also lots of small extras that are not usually supplied in such high numbers.
There was an abundance of outdoor space, with plenty in the shade if needed, and it was certainly needed during our July stay.
Helena was a great host, making all aspects of the trip easy going, from arranging airport transfers, checking in and villa information, to responding rapidly to any problems you might have.
I must also highly recommend the boat trip we had arranged through her, a fantastic day with a fantastic captain and crew, on a fantastic boat.
All in all a 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 property that I cannot recommend enough.
Thanks for everything Helena, we’ll be seeing you again without a doubt.

We have recently returned from our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas and we had a wonderful time. We were a family group of 13, consisting of three generations. The villa layouts worked perfectly for us allowing us all to be together, yet having some privacy when needed. Being able to eat and spend time together around the large seating area and pool was ideal. The villas were extremely clean and Helena could not have been more helpful, both before we arrived and during our holiday. The villas are set in a lovely rural location, yet only a small walk to the centre of Dalyan. Although cycles were available, we had no problems walking the 15min distance to town. Taxis were also cheap if walking and the heat became too much! We have stayed in Dalyan several times and I would definitely come back to these villas with a large family group or groups of friends.

Perfect for big fam. Holidays
We where 21 – 15 adults 5 children and a toddler and the setop with 3 adjoining villas, each identical inside with master bedroom and a single bedroom on the 1st floor and singlebeds room and double room downstairs and bathroom on both floors.
As the name states, situated very private in a big pommegrate tree field, with no nearby neighbors.
The location is a 10/15 min walk outside main street, and there is supermarket with fresh bread 5 min. away. There’s very generously 6 provided bikes in the villas, to make quick trips or small excurtions.
Helena was excellent and 100 % trustworthy, easy and quick in communication and are among the best host we ever encounteret (we often rent villas as our preferred holiday accommodation). She can help with tours and information, booking of transfers and more… Thanks Helena
