About this house rental
The two cottages are located in the holiday village Freilingen, a beautiful recreation area in the Eifel. The resort exists since 1971, is well maintained, landscaped and located in a wooded area. The complex includes 207 so-called Nurdachhäuser and public recreational facilities such as a swimming pool (outdoor pool), two rotasche tennis courts and a tennis wall, a 15-hole miniature golf course, a bocce court, a children's playground with climbing spider, a basketball court and table tennis and football field.
You have the choice between one of two holiday homes. Optionally, you can also book both houses. The special here, the plots of both houses border each other.
The cottages each have a floor space of approximately 65 m2 and have a spacious living / dining room with sofa bed, flat screen, satellite TV, DVD player, music system and radio. In addition, each house has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed (140 -160 x 200 cm) and 1 bedroom with double bed (160 -180 x 200 cm) and single bed (90 x 200 cm)), an open-plan kitchen with refrigerator. Freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, toaster and much more. and a bathroom with underfloor heating or Electric heating and walk-in shower. The house is heated by night storage heaters. In one of the two houses a stove in the living room provides a pleasant warmth. Housing and smoking are not allowed in the houses. In front of the house is a parking space for a car. Other cars can be parked in the parking lot of the holiday village.
The property with an area of about 365 m2 includes a beautiful terrace made of natural stone and Bangkirai. An electric sun awning or Terrace roofing and garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue ensure a restful and relaxing time.
The use of public leisure facilities of the holiday village Freilingen are free for all residents and tenants.
The public laundry room with washer and dryer is available to all residents and tenants of the holiday village. The laundry brands can be purchased from the administration.
Upon request, bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.
The external wireless router is in the house and can be charged by us as desired (for a fee).
Optionally, for more tourists a second house, which is located next door, be booked. So can spend up to 11 people holiday together. This offer can be requested.
About a beautiful trail (1.3 km) as well as on public roads (2 km) is the nearby Lake Freilingen reach.
There are plenty of shops in the neighboring village Blankenheim (about 6 km)
Furthermore, near the holiday village of the Nürburgring, the cycle path Ahrtal, a forest trail, the Eifel National Park, the Vulkaneifel, Bad Münstereifel (Outlet City), Monschau, the golf course in Hillesheim, the ski and snowboard areas "Schwarzer Mann", "White Stone" and "Wolf Canyon", the waterfall at Nohn and many other places of interest.

The House was very nice and the ambiance too. The host 's behavior was very friend and they were very kind. I will denfnity vist this place once more and i will suggest it to my collges and friends.

Schönes Häuschen mit tollen Spielgeräten im Garten und auch vielen Spielen im Haus - ein Eldorado für kleine Kinder. Auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten auf der Anlage sind toll! Ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele verschiedene Tagesausflüge. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Das Feriendorf Freilingen liegt in einem schönen Park, nr 48 ist ein schönes Haus, viel zu tun in Bezug auf sportliche Aktivitäten. Es gibt viel über sport boxen, vielleicht hat der Vermieter eine Verbindung dazu? Sieht auf jeden Fall sportlich aus. Tischfußball, Ringe, Minigolf, Schaukeln und Trampolin werden gut genutzt, um Spaß und echte Kraftübungen zur Vorbereitung auf die Leichtathletik- und Fußballsaison unserer beiden sportlichen Kinder zu machen. Ein vielversprechender Urlaub, dachten wir uns am Anfang ... Allerdings sind die Parkaufseher bis zur Besessenheit sehr kontrollierend. Es ist, als wären die Holländer in diesem Park nicht willkommen, oder so fühlte es sich an. Schöner Park, aber das ist bei uns nicht mehr der Fall! Obwohl das Haus immer noch so schön ist, mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Nein danke an die Parkaufsicht, aber alles danke an die Vermieter.
