About this chalet rental
This beautiful, top chalet offers the comfort that 10 people want: 5 individual double rooms (3 with double beds, 2 each with 2 single beds that can be placed together), 3 individual WCs and 3 shower baths and a 50 m2 large cosy living-dining room under the wood beam roof (WLAN, stereo, DVD; 42' SAT HDTV) with a stunning panorama view from 1600 m up in the sunny Rhone Valley. There is heated flooring and 500 l warm water capacity. The kitchen is equipped with a freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bedsheets and 2 sauna towels and hand towels per guest complete the comfort. The outdoor sauna with windows has an impressive view of the valley! Despite the location on the slopes, the chalet can be reached by car. During the summer, you will find 250 km of hiking paths that run past the streams (Bisses) in the mountains. Ideal mountain biking area. You can start directly from the house. During the summer, the sun is there from about 9 AM to 8:30 PM.
The ski region around Nendaz: From Nendaz you can reach the mountain station Tracouet at 2200 m above sea level in just 8 minutes with the cable car. The region of Tracouet is ideal for beginners and children who will find the required infrastructure on the frozen lake. For years, there has been a snow park on the Tracouet. Right now, it consists of rails, different obstacles and a jumping course. The 'Croq'Bar' with the loungers is a great meeting point. The slopes of Tracouet down to Nendaz offer different levels of difficulty and if that is not enough, you can reach Siviez from Tracouet on skis. From there, you have the choice between Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon or Verbiert-Mont-Fort.
Ski pass without stress: Nendaz offers its guests more and more comfort. Stop waiting in lines! You can go directly on the slopes without having to wait at the register. Reservation, payment and loading of the ski pass directly and comfortably from your house.

Sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, nahezu direkt an der Piste gelegen. Alles sehr gepflegt und in perfektem Zustand. Gerne wieder!

Mooi compleet huis voor tien personen. Niet voor twaalf personen! Een smal bed, 140x200 te klein voor twee volwassenen, dat was erg jammer. De zesde slaapkamer was er niet meer!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Herren, im Alter von 49 - 64 Jahren, die seit vielen Jahren gemeinsam Ende Januar verschiedene Skigebiete aufsucht, und somit auch schon eine Menge Unterkünfte erlebt hat.
Positiv:
- Top Lage 30 m von der Piste (beschneit) zur Talstation Nendaz
- Sensationeller Ausblick vom Gemeinschaftsraum u. Balkon über das Rhonetal
- 6 Doppelzimmer mit guter Ausstattung (teilw. mit franz. Betten 140 cm)
- 3 separate Toiletten
- Skischuhhalter mit Heizfunktion
- insgesamt gepflegter, moderner Gesamteindruck
- 3 PKW Stellplätze vor dem Haus
negativ
- ein Skiraum fehlt. (Hinweis des Vermieters : Draussen stehenlassen, ist noch nie etwas weg gekommen ...) halte ich für verwegen. Hinzu kommt der Umstand, das sich 12 Personen in einem Flur 1x 7m, der gespickt mit Zimmertüren, Schuhschranktür, Eingangstür und Treppenaufgang ist, in die Skischuhe quälen müssen.
- kleine Bäder, so breit wie eine Dusche ca. 90 cm mit Mini Waschbecken (nur Zähneputzen möglich) ohne Steckdose zum Rasieren
Diese beiden Punkte führen zu einem Punkt Abzug. Einen weiteren Punkt ziehen wir ab, weil :
- die Stühle im Gemeinschaftsraum zwar einen neuwertigen Eindruck machten, jedoch
die meisten während unseres Aufenthaltes "aus dem Leim" gingen.
- die Backofenklappe eine defekte Arretierung hatte, sodass das heisse Ding mit Wucht auf die Fliesen knallt. Hier ist uns das Aussenglas zerbrochen.
Das alles kann passieren. Verärgert hat uns dann die Reaktion des Vermieters.
Möbelierung durch Einbehalt der Kaution zu finanzieren, führt nun mal zum Bewertungsabzug (moderat, wie ich finde). Sicher wird der wortreiche Vermieter seine eigene Darstellung zu diesem Thema hier vorstellen.
