About this chalet rental
The chalet is located in Thollon les Memises (950 m), in the district of Grand Roc. Grand Roc lies at an altitude of 1030m with a view of the surrounding Alpine mountains, Lake Geneva and Switzerland. The chalet has a magnificent view towards Lausanne over Lake Geneva.
The 4-room chalet can accommodate up to 6 people. The distribution is as follows: entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. There are two bedrooms in the basement. One bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed, the other bedroom has a double bed and also a bunk bed. The living room with fireplace is on the first floor. The third bedroom with its own bathroom has a toilet and bath.
The area is 80 square meters. In addition, there is a balcony across the entire width of the living room. There is also a garden room with an outside area for nice barbecues.
The chalet is fully equipped. There is a fireplace, oven, washing machine, shower, bath, TV, music system and community pool. The beautifully designed, heated outdoor pool is available to the residents of this chalet in July and August.

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in het chalet. Het is niet luxe, maar netjes en de keuken en bedden zijn goed. Het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi. Elke dag en avond anders.
We komen hier graag nog een keer terug.

Die Bauweise der Gebäude in diesem Resort ist sehr besonders und der Panoramablick auf den Genfer See ist phänomenal. Die Begrüßung durch den Hausmeister war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld war einwandfrei.
WLAN war ein Plus für den Nachwuchs. Ausstattungstechnisch ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr geräumig und relativ modern.
Das Haus selbst bedarf jedoch einer Generalüberholung. Die in der Anzeige aufgeführten Bilder des Hauses müssen mehrere Jahre alt sein und stimmen teilweise zusammen mit der Beschreibung nicht mehr mit der Realität überein. Die hier gezeigte nette Dekoration ist größtenteils verschwunden. Ein Schlafzimmer ist offensichtlich umgebaut worden und jetzt mit dem zusätzlichen Doppelbett etwas beengt. Dieses Zimmer dient als Durchgang für das zweite untere Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer im Dach ist nur durch eine Lamellentür vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Die Teppichböden sind schmutzig und teilweise ausgefranst. Teppichboden wie im oberen Badezimmer geht überhaupt nicht! Das Hausinnere wirkt verwohnt und benötigt an einigen Stellen ein paar Reparaturen. Das angegebene Gartenzimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung.
Trotzdem haben wir hier eine schöne Woche verbracht. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, die Einheimischen sind sehr nett. Das Potential des Hauses ist sichtbar. Es wäre schön gewesen, es in seiner ganzen früheren Schönheit gesehen zu haben.
