This apartment in a prime location offers a terrace and a wonderful 1500 sqm garden glove with unobstructed view of the Stony Sea.
Parking is on a private parking right outside the door. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters away. In 100 meters, the 15 km trail starts.
The Leogang Cable Cars are close. In winter, the ski circus Leogang - Saalbach Hinterglemm - Fieberbrunn a great, spacious and snow-sure ski resort.
The apartment offers also in summer the perfect starting point for all outdoor activities.
The Bike Park Leogang is just 5 km away. The nearby Leogang mountains and the Steinerne Meer offer both cozy alpine walks, and athletic mountaineering and demanding via ferrata.

Sowohl Leogang als auch die Umgebung (Saalfelden, Zell am See etc.) bieten erholsame Tage zum Spazieren und viele Sommerattraktionen, auf die die Touristeninformations-Stationen gut hinweisen.
