About this apartment rental
In June 2017 we bought this great, very quiet apartment at Waldstraße 19 and are happy to welcome Föhr fans and those who want to become one.
Our previous guests seem to share the joy of our apartment, which can be seen from the consistently positive comments.
In 2018 we completely renovated the living room and bedroom and in 2019 the entire bathroom was completely renovated.
The cozy apartment is just right to spend a nice time alone or in pairs. It extends over two levels in the attic.
In the lower area you will find a small hallway with a large closet.
From there it goes into the bathroom with shower, as well as in the bright, open living area.
The cozy sofa corner there is equipped with a flat-screen TV, CD / DVD player and a sound bar for excellent music enjoyment, also via smartphone.
The open kitchen is pleasantly hidden, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, blender and everything you need for cooking.
At the large dining table, breakfast with rolls from the bakery around the corner tastes just as good as a hearty evening meal.
The very large floor-to-ceiling window system pleasantly illuminates the living room during the day. A feeling of tightness does not arise here, which is also ensured by the high airspace.
If the weather permits, you can make yourself comfortable on the large west-facing balcony with a view of the countryside.
From the living area you reach the spacious sleeping area on the gallery via the stairs, where the day ends in absolute calm.
The popular south beach with various water sports offers is a 300m walk through the North Sea spa park. From here you can also walk the beautiful promenade to the center of Wyk and the harbor.
A baker and butcher are within walking distance, as are several restaurants.
A private parking lot is available on the property. Or you can park your car in the island car park in Dagebüll. You can also take the train directly to the Mole Dagebüll and then come to Föhr by ferry. For trips on the island, rent a bike or bring your own.

Hier kann man eine erholsame Zeit genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zur Organisation war super gut und immer sehr freundlich.- Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Meine Schwester und ich haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf Föhr verbracht. Unsere gewählte Wohnung hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, obwohl man in ein paar Minuten am Strand ist und auf noch kürzerem Weg zum Bäcker um die Ecke gehen kann. Somit stand der Erholung nichts im Weg. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die offene Bauweise mit Galerie als zweite Ebene. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Wir haben gern täglich dort gekocht und nichts vermisst. Die selbstgemachte Marmelade als Willkommensgruß schmeckte sehr lecker und drückt aus, dass Familie Klemm- Zander sehr viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft legt. Die Liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich in jedem Teil der Wohnung wieder. Auch alle wichtigen Infos vor der Anreise und die Nachfrage am zweiten Tag, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist, fanden wir sehr gut! Somit fühlten wir uns nochmal mehr aufgehoben, da wir einen verlässlicher Ansprechparten hatten, der sich um unsere Belange kümmerte. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und konnten gut erholt in den Alltag starten! Vielen Dank Familie Klemm- Zander! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Beatrix und Petra

Die Ferienwohnung erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Ein Traum. Gerne immer wieder :-)

Die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich, recht gut eingerichtet und die Lösung für das Bett auf der Galerie sehr schön. Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider war nicht besonders gut sauber gemacht und die Kommunikation zur "Schlüsselübergabe" war schwierig und wenig freundlich.
