About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the central city area Waldkirch, in a side street with no traffic noise. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment is ample free parking is available. It is a five minute walk from the Market Square, the city center, away.
Waldkirch is beautiful cosmopolitan city and is located at the foot of Kandel, at the confluence of the Elz Valley in the Upper Rhine Plain. It offers plenty of shopping and a variety of restaurants. The candelabra overlooks the city to 1000 meters, which can lead to some interesting microclimatic differences.
The city of Freiburg can be reached in well with the car, to the Messe Freiburg is for example 15 minutes. Who has not in such a hurry or Freiburg city wants to visit without finding a parking space, can also use the Breisgau S-Bahn, which to Freiburg Central Station takes only 20 minutes from the train station and Waldkirch day runs twice an hour.

Wash room with shower, toilet, sink, extra radiator (for towels), underfloor heating, windows can be opened for ventilation;
additionally offers a walk-in closet space for luggage, shoes, and other instruments.

It is a Non smoking apartment, front of the house (seat) and the garden protected from rain smoke breaks are possible. Bringing pets is with an eye towards future, allergy-ridden guests unfortunately not possible.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet 4 Personen ausreichend Platz.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Küchenausstattung.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung empfehlen, da sie sehr zentral in Waldkirch liegt.
