On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Stairs to first floor. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, video, DVD, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 4 sqm balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Prerow (Baltic Sea Resort). The holiday home is located on an open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday property is a semi-detached house with 250 sqm of land for exclusive use. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
