About this villa rental
Villa Azzurra is a 3-storey villa:
- ground floor is equipped with a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bed / mini gym depends on the needs.
- first floor has 3 double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the other two have an external bathroom; on request it is possible to add cots as the rooms are spacious;
- second floor has a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.
For all the night department find the parquet. The villa has heating on the ground so you can walk quietly barefoot without feeling cold.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, lava dryer, dishwasher, tv with sky, wifi, oven, microwave, sheets, towels, bathrobe, tablecloths and much more. I would like to add that the structure is new both externally but above all internally. It has not been renovated but built from scratch.
It has a DOMOTIC ELECTRICAL SYSTEM for this stands out from other properties.
It has a 12x6 pool with a huge sundeck; 3 horses with possibility to take walks.
Finally we rent our property also for events such as weddings, baptisms, birthdays, graduations and other types of parties.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 11 ragazze, siamo state benissimo, una casa da sogno.. stile Hollywood! Molto ben arredata, nuova e pulita. Piscina con tutti i confort, sia per prendere il sole che per mangiare! Oltre al panorama mozzafiato..All'arrivo un aperitivo buonissimo, Azzurra davvero gentilissima e di cuore, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze e anche di più! Ci siamo sentite come a casa. Perfetto per chi vuole sognare a soli 5 minuti dal centro, noi torneremo sicuramente, speriamo presto!

Our stay at Villa Azzurra was perfect in every aspect.
We enjoyed our time at Villa Azzurra so much that we extended our one week stay to 10 days.
The villa was immaculate; spotless, organized and fully equipped with every amenity required. It felt like a 5-star hotel.
The photos do not fully reflect the beauty of the villa and the views of the Adriatic Sea were spectacular, especially from the (huge) pool!
Azzurra was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. She was very friendly, professional and always promptly available to respond to answer any questions we had.
Our family takes vacations abroad often, and we consistently stay at very high-end accommodations (resorts, rentals & hotels): Villa Azzurra is at the top of this list!
I highly recommend staying at Villa Azzurra. I promise that you will not be disappointed!
We can't wait to come back!

Siamo tornati da solo due giorni dalla nostra vacanza presso Villa Azzurra e già ci manca!
Abbiamo soggiornato in dodici ( 4 famiglie) e lo spazio era ampio e ben distribuito, tutto nuovo e ben arredato
Posizione incantevole soprattutto la zona piscina fornita di tutti i comfort( lettini e teli mare, gazebo, tavolo, frigo).
Ringraziamo molto Azzurra Leo e la sua famiglia sempre disponibili e presenti.
Da non dimenticare il buffet di benvenuto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.
Speriamo di poter tornare al,più presto.

Eravamo un gruppo di 10 ragazzi e abbiamo passato un week-end stupendo un questa villa meravigliosa. L'immobile è completamento nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort desiderabile, addirittura molto meglio che nelle foto!
Dalla bellissima piscina si gode di un panorama splendido sul mare e sulle colline circostanti. Anche qui non mancava nulla: lettini per prendere il sole, un grande tavolo dove poter mangiare all'ombra, il frigo ed il barbecue.
Tanto spazio, pulizia e ordine impeccabili, la villa si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma a soli 5 minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro del paese.
Un ringraziamento particolare va ai proprietari della villa, che ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo squisito al nostro arrivo e durante l'intero soggiorno sono stati disponibili in qualsiasi momento per soddisfare ogni nostra minima esigenza.
Nel complesso un'esperienza indimenticabile, ci siamo trovati così bene che abbiamo passato la maggior parte del tempo all'interno della villa. Il giorno della partenza è stato doloroso, non ce ne volevamo più andare!
Immobile che consiglierei caldamente a chiunque, noi torneremo sicuramente il prima possibile!
