Hiking paths: Gemmi 1 km. The house is on the wooded south-west slope, right next to the torrent railways. Only a short stairway separates the house from the valley station. Allerdings sind die Wohnungen etwas in die Jahre geraten und dürften einer Renovation unterzogen werden. Nur 1 Wohnung mit Geschirrspühle!! Müsste unbedingt ergänzt werden. Auch die Reinigung ist nicht gut! Die Lage ist top.

Perfekt zum Skifahren auf Torrent. Auch Nahe des Zentrums. Gut eingerichtet. Gute Grösse. Leider war die Wohnung nicht gut gereinigt und überall lag Staub. Ansonsten sehr schön und praktisch.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Loèche-les-Bains. L'appartement est confortable et situé à proximité immédiate du télécabine de Torrent. Seul bémol, l'absence de paroi pour la petite chambre avec deux lits, ainsi que les lits placards dans le salon, qui encombrent vite l'espace, ce qui fait que pour 4 personnes l'endroit est petit. Certains équipements en cuisine étaient également manquants, comme des gants de four. Mais dans l'ensemble, très bien.

L'appartement est très bien situé. 10 min à pied ou en bus de toutes les attractions de Loèche-les-Bains et surtout juste à côté du départ du Torrent. L'agencement de l'appartement est très bien. La cuisine est d'origine des années 70, tout fonctionne très bien mais l'usure se fait ressentir : peut-être à changer. On retournera certainement à l'Utoring car c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
