APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

3½-room apartment on the 1st floor, about 105 m2. Entrance with hall stand. Living / dining room, radio and TV. Open kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee (Chicco d'Oro). Double bedroom (2x90x200). A bath / bidet / toilet / sink with window. Bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and a bunk bed (90x200). Shower / WC and sink. Iron and ironing board. Underground car park. Shared ski room and washroom. Pets are not allowed. Arrival Saturday

HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Grischalva is a newer house, completed in January 2000. The house has a lift and is located in a sunny location with unobstructed views of the mountains. You will find various restaurants and shopping in the surroundings. The Saluver / Marguns mountain railway is nearby. The cross-country ski tracks are reachable in a few minutes.
