About this farm stay rental
I rent an old, romantic farmhouse in a remote location - completely renovated and restored from scratch, in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Austria / Carinthia, near the Italian border. the house with its many open fireplaces is ideal for spending unforgettable summer days in a relaxed atmosphere - embedded in unspoilt nature. Within a short distance, the idyllic Weissensee, two golf courses and many other outdoor activities (see below) can be enjoyed in winter and summer.
The fully furnished house has 4 bedrooms with 10 beds, two of which have an open fireplace. In addition, 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, 2 separate toilets, a spacious living room with an open fireplace, a dining room with fireplace and a kitchen with pantry. The farm garden is directly accessible from the living room and kitchen and invites you to live in the middle of nature. Internet connection available.
The village of Dellach im Drautal can be reached by bike in about 20 minutes and has 2 supermarkets, several restaurants, tennis courts and a public swimming pool. In addition there are hiking and walking trails, mountain biking, hiking and much more. In the winter months there are cross-country trails, as well as a small ski lift

Het huis ligt sprookjesachtig mooi, vrij en rustig. Het is uitstekend uitgerust, mooie kamers, genoeg zitruimte, huisraad en overige voorzieningen. De gastvrouw is zeer attent, reageert snel en geeft tips voor uitjes. Alleen de toegang was niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd: bij de blauwe brandwaterkraan voorbij Stein rechtsaf.

Hatten eine tolle Zeit, sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder. Das Haus eignet sich außerdem für Ausflüge in der Gegend.

Nachdem wir Corona-bedingt einen Norwegen-Urlaub absagen mussten, sind wir kurzfristig auf Kärnten umgeschwenkt und haben hier einen absoluten Glücksgriff getan! Für Naturliebhaber, die Einsamkeit in wunderschöner Umgebung, verbunden mit ganz besonderem gehobenen Ambiente schätzen, ein Traum! Auch sehr geeignet für unsere beiden Hunde. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal an unsere stets um unser Wohlergehen bemühte Gastgeberin; das war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub!
