About this house rental
River front Tow home on the river. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 .5 baths sitting right on the river and one block from downtown Frisco. Close to skiing, hiking, biking and boating. Fully furnished new kitchen and a beautiful new bath on the main floor with a living room that walks out to the deck and the river. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a private half bath and king bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 new twin beds and a flat screen TV. There is a full bath on this level. There is also a 1 car garage..queen pull put couch in the living room.

I took a last minute Ski trip to Colorado and wanted to ski both Breck and Vail. Perfect location for both. The property was wonderful and an added benefit is the wonderful stream running behind the house. So beautiful!

We loved being able to walk into Frisco; the townhome is in beautiful, quiet surroundings with amazing view of stars at night, yet very close to town. Everything is as shown in pictures and as listed. Beds comfortable and being able to park in the garage is a bonus. Bathrooms and kitchen updated; we cooked in one evening and found what we needed for preparation.

We had a great long weekend. Perfect walkable location to all the best stuff in Frisco, and a comfortable lived homey vibe to the home. Hope to come back!
