About this apartment rental

This is a bright, sunny apartment with about 62 m². The beautiful balcony has an area of ​​12 m² and has sun from morning to evening, of course only when it shines. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV is available. It is only about 400 m walk to Lake Constance. You can walk along the lake directly to the main promenade in about 15 minutes.
The nearest bakery and butcher is only about 400 m away. Lidl and Edeka are also within walking distance. Each about 1 km. From the main station, take bus nos. 6 and 7 to Eberhardstrasse. On foot you walk in about 30 minutes to the train station.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Bis zum Ortszentrum ist es ca. 1km (Fußweg). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr ruhig und nach ein paar hundert Meter am Ufer des Sees entlang, ist man mitten im Trubel. Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben vor allem die schöne Terrasse genutzt.
