The apartment is located in Dresden Laubegast. Laubegast is located in the southeast of Dresden on the left side to the Elbe. Especially beautiful in this part of the city is the loose and greened construction as well as the proximity to the Elbe. The Elbe meadows and the Elbe Cycle Paths invite for recreation and can be reached on foot within a few minutes. Public transport, shops such as food markets, pharmacies, but also restaurants are nearby. The city center of Dresden is 10 - 15 minutes away by car or public transport. Overall, this apartment is located in a very family friendly location.
Directly opposite is a bakery where you can take daily from 6 o'clock daily a delicious and varied breakfast.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet! Die Übergabe sowie die Formalia sind problemlos gewesen, denn die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Wir wollten eine Wohnung zwischen Sächsischer Schweiz und Dresden Altstadt; das ist uns mit der Wahl der Wohnung sehr gut gelungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Anbindung über Bus und Straßenbahn ist ebenfalls in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
