About this apartment rental
The apartment with two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen u. Bath. The property is on the 1st floor with a large balcony, which gives you a wonderful view of the Moselle with the mouth of the Sau. All photos are original.
Cycling trips to Luxembourg and France have no noteworthy gradients, and the neighboring Saarland can also be managed almost flat by bike. Forest and hiking trails are also plentiful. A car ferry takes you directly to Luxembourg, and there is also a train connection to Trier (Germany's oldest city). Wineries with very good wines are in the immediate vicinity. Lockable parking space for bicycles available. Arrival 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. or by appointment.

Easy access via train as a change to driving. Large flat with amenities as expected, steep stairs unexpected and would be an issue for some. Overall needs updated, bedding was very worn as were towels etc, had to wash utensils bed use as had been put away dirty. Smelt of stale cigarettes on arrival

We had a fantastic time here - lovely spacious apartment in a very convenient location for exploring the region, and with fabulous views of Luxembourg and the Moselle river. The host was also really friendly and welcoming - would definitely come back!

Vriendelijke eigenaren, een net huis met veel snuisterijen, goede bedden, fijn balkon. Een supermarkt of bakker in Oberbillig zou wel fijn zijn geweest. Het fietspadennetwerk is direct vanaf de voordeur bereikbaar.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz, liegt nahezu direkt am Moselufer und hat einen schönen Balkon (Flussblick). Leider war Sie bei betreten nur unzureichend gereinigt. Zwar waren viele Sachen sauber (etwa die Küche), aber an einigen Stellen war Nacharbeit erforderlich, weil wir mit einem Kleinkind reisten. Zum Beispiel waren Krümel und Haare auf den Bettbezügen und auf dem Laminat sieht man auch schnell kleine Verschmutzungen. Insgesamt sind für die Nacharbeit 3 Stunden angefallen. Daraufhin haben wir die Pauschale für die Endreinigung telefonisch zurückgefordert. Auf die Missstände angesprochen und mit unserer Forderung konfrontiert, legte die Vermieterin mit den Worten "Lassen Sie mich in Ruhe!" auf. Das Geld haben wir nicht zurückerhalten. Das hinterließ einen äußerst unprofessionellen Eindruck und dämpfte die Urlaubsstimmung leider sehr nachhaltig. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung somit nicht zu empfehlen.
