The apartment "Vista Castello" is located in a very sought after and quiet location of BAVENO, ideal starting point for excursions to Lake Maggiore!
Numerous hiking trails that lead to the well-known hiking area below the "Mattarone", start directly above the apartment.
A trip to the picturesque "Orta San Giulio" on Lake Orta or to the LAGO DI MERGOZZO (absolute insider tip) is highly recommended!
The bright and very tastefully decorated apartment has a private outdoor terrace with patio, umbrella, sun loungers and stunning panoramic views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the historic "Villa Branca" and the "Castello del Acqua".
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift or via a large staircase. To the park and sea side, the apartment is at ground level.
You enter the apartment in a small hallway with antique bench and a storage rack.
The bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a large sink is located next to the entrance of the apartment.
The cozy double bedroom with large mirror cabinet is especially great, because you wake up in the morning with the unique view of the park down to the lake!
The kitchen, which can be cleverly hidden behind a sliding door during the day, is practical and at the same time equipped in the smallest of spaces.
The open living area is spacious and decorated with taste.
There is a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, TV, stereo, a desk and the covered veranda with dining area and an exclusive panoramic view. Even if it rains, you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine or just the view "just like in the open air".

BAVENO (about 5000 inhabitants) is a very popular resort and lies opposite the Borromean Islands.

Het was een bijzondere woning om in te verblijven met een geweldig uitzicht.
We hebben alleen wel een airco gemist, zeker aangezien het de hele week meer dan 32 graden was.

Wir haben die 10 Tage in Baveno sehr genossen. Das Appartement mit dem wundervollen Blick und der geschmackvollen Ausstattung hat unbedingt dazu beigetragen. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles unkompliziert und perfekt organisiert. Viele der tollen Tipps unserer Vermieterin haben wir umgesetzt. Und wir wären gerne länger geblieben…denn Baveno hat wirklich viel zu bieten. Unser absolutes Highlight waren unsere Wandertouren von denen einige gleich hinter dem Haus starten.

Wir wurden am abgesprochem Ort und zur passenden Zeit sehr nett in Empfang genommen und gut zur Ferienwohnung dirigiert, um sie besser zu finden. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. . Von der Terrasse und dem gut gepflegten Garten hat man nicht nur eine sehr schöne Aussicht sondern kann auch Ruhe und Entspannung finden.
