About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located directly on the south beach and is quiet in a one-way street. The south beach is considered an insider tip. We can offer you two more apartments in the same location and at the same favorable conditions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us on 05151 88684 (from 6 p.m.).
It is lovingly, child-friendly and senior-friendly and we have placed great emphasis on a nice atmosphere, so that you feel right at home. Beautiful details in the facility as well as the proximity to the beach and the forest will give you much pleasure.
The apartment is on the first floor. From the south-west balcony, you can see the greenery.
A parking space for your car is available and is a few meters from the apartment.
A bicycle parking space is available.
Bakers, butchers, a merchant, a fish restaurant, a Greek, Chinese and Italian can be reached after about 150m.
The beautiful children's playground "Löwenhöhle" can be conquered on foot in a few moments with a handcart or an exercise bike.
It is only about 300m to the beach.
In the immediate vicinity of the city forest, ideal as a starting point for hikes, bike tours or jogging tours.

Enjoy a visit to the city center in a quarter of an hour on foot along the edge of the North Sea. You look at the Hallig Langeness, whose warts appear on the horizon as if drawn on a string of pearls.
By bike you can explore the small Friesian villages with typical thatched roof houses and rose gardens. The paths through the marsh, some of which lead directly past the North Sea, to Utersum are also beautiful. Here you can see the neighboring islands of Amrum and Sylt. The sunset in Dunsum is legendary.

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Schöne, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit neuer Küche, es hat nichts gefehlt, top Lage, sehr nette Vermieter, gerne wieder!

Ich muss wegen der Küche leider 2 Sterne abziehen. Es war keine Thermoskanne, keine Butterdose, zu wenig Geschirr und zu wenig Besteck vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr sauber und ruhig, die Betten sehr gut.
