The Seefeld Quarter in Zurich District 8 stretches along the sunny right bank of Lake Zurich and offers a central, yet quiet location. In a few minutes you reach the railway station Zurich Stadelhofen, from where you reach the main station in two minutes. The famous Niederdorf quarter is also less than a 15-minute walk away.
A special highlight is the proximity to Lake Zurich. Nowhere else is it so good to end a hot summer day with a swim or a leisurely walk along the lake promenade. Furthermore, the cultural highlights are very close by: you can reach the opera, theatre or art house in a few minutes by tram.

Functional property, exceptionally sparse. No soft furnishings or any touches to make the apartment feel welcoming. However, location is excellent for exploring the area. Tramlines within 100m, coop store within 70m.
