This holiday home is located on the slopes of Velebit in the immediate vicinity of the Sjeverni (northern) Velebit National Park at an altitude of approx. 250 metres above sea level. It offers views of the sea and the islands of Rab and Pag. Enjoy the unspoilt nature and the clean air. The holiday home is functionally furnished and the floors are connected by an external staircase. Refresh yourself in the swimming pool or discover numerous hidden beaches with crystal clear, clean sea, only a 10-minute drive away. Take the ferry to the islands of Rab and Pag or to the Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes National Parks.

Leider stimmen die Bilder nicht mit dem jetzigen Zustand überein.
Die Fitnessecke (ein Grund weswegen wir uns für das Haus entschieden haben) besteht nur noch aus ein paar Teilen, welche man ungern benutzen möchte um sie nicht kaputt zu machen.
Die badezimmer sind leider nicht von so guten Zustand wie auf dem Foto. Wasser läuft in beiden duschen kaum bis gar nicht ab (bei 6 Person ungünstig).
Der aussenbereich am Pool ist auch nicht für 6 Personen ausgelegt (3 Liegen davon eine defekt)
Beim einchecken wurde uns schnell alles gezeigt und gut war. Keine Gerät wurden auf Funktion getestet! Dafür wurde aber beim ausschecken ordentlich geschaut, ob ja alles läuft. Und Geräte, die nicht am Strom waren, wollen als nicht funktionsfähig dargestellt werden.
Obwohl angeblich vor uns aufgeräumt worden ist, gab es einen volle Mülleimer(passiert bei mehrere Häusern) , unter den Betten so wie unter dem Sofa wurde schon länger nicht gewischt oder gar runtergeschaut. (Staub, Sonnenblumenkerne, Schnuller und Socken lagen drunter, das darf nicht sein!!!)
Alles was in der Küche stand haben wir einmal durch die spülmaschine gejagt. Da vieles verstaubt und gar mit schimmel besetzt war.
Jeden frühen Morgen hat der Besitzer den Pool gereinigt.
Die Lage ist schön . Jedoch ohne Auto nicht machbar. Der nächste kleine Laden ist 15 min weg der größer 30 Minuten. Auch zum Strand muss man
mobile sein. Den zu Fuß kommt man nicht bis zum Wasser. (Entfernung mehr als 1,5km wie angegeben)
