About this house rental
Spend your vacation in our newly converted holiday house (DHH) in a quiet location with a view into the green - perfect for couples and for families.
The holiday home impresses with its generous, sun-flooded living room with fitted kitchen and modern dining area and beautifully restored floorboards. It has two bedrooms with ample storage space. A large sofa invites you to relax and watch TV and can also be used as an additional sleeping option. Shower and toilet are each separately accessible from the bathroom. The cottage has electric exterior blinds.
Relax on the sun terrace and listen to the birdsong and stork rattles
Overlooking the organic orchard behind the house where our 3 soay sheep graze.
They live in the quiet, green idyll and are nevertheless in a good 10 minutes at Lake Constance.
The holiday home can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
It is rented since July 2017.

In the main season the arrival is on Saturdays (minimum stay 7 nights).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet, nature. Many cycling and walking possibilities. Spacious house with beautiful view. We recomend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Gertrud is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful. There is a great view from the house and a nice and quiet garden. The surroundings are beautiful and there is plenty to do and see. The children were also sorry to leave and we hope to come back one day!

Das Ferienhaus bezaubert durch die wundervolle Lage im LInzgau, sehr ruhig, aber Bodensee und viele andere Attraktionen sind bequem und schnell erreichbar. Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und gestaltet, alles blitzsauber, behaglich. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Alles in allem: SEHR zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, leider waren die Stühle am Esstisch und auf der Terrasse für uns - um die 80 - sehr hart. Es fehlten angemessene Sitzkissen. Der auf einem Bild abgebildete Segeltuch-Sessel fehlte. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts einen Relax-Sessel angeboten, der sehr bequem war. Bei einem Telefonat vor der Buchung und entsprechender Nachfrage bestand dieses Angebot leider nicht.
