About this apartment rental
Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Ça fait plus de 15 ans que nous venons à Siviez et presque autant d'années que nous louons via interhome et nous avons toujours été très satisfaits.

Idéal pour une famille avec 4 enfants, chambres spacieuses, nombreux rangements, séjour agréable et lumineux, et emplacement stratégiquement parfait, avec garage et accès skis aux pieds. La cuisine (toute petite et cloisonnée) était très bien équipée… il n’y manquait qu’un plat à gratin pour nos lasagnes ;-).

In a fantastic location as ski in ski out. Would be great too for summer walking. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and lots of storage. With 2 ample sized bathrooms (with plenty of hot water) and a separate toilet means that it is good for large groups. The one big thing that is disappointing is the decor and items such as the curtains and sofa. These are very very dated and a simple makeover would make an enormous difference. The balcony is a great too and gets lots sun.
