Trullo & Villa Sorellina is set up for how groups actually want to spend time together - without being on top of each other.

The layout is what makes it work. A traditional trullo and lamia sit alongside a separate villa, creating two distinct living spaces within one private setting. It's a practical solution for two families, multi-generational stays, or groups of friends who want both shared time and their own space.

The trullo/lamia accommodates 6 guests and has its own kitchen and dining area - ideal for slower mornings or quieter moments. The main villa sleeps four and includes the larger kitchen and indoor dining space, where everyone can come together comfortably.

Outside is where the property delivers

The pool area is open and unhurried - designed for full days rather than quick dips. The trullo terrace and villa gazebo becomes are the natural meeting points, used for long lunches that turn into evening dinners.

Meals can be flexible - breakfast in the trullo, dinner in the villa, or everything outdoors depending on the day. For a group of ten, that flexibility makes a material difference to how relaxed the feel stays.

Location-wise, you're in the countryside but not isolated. Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca within 15 minutes drive, giving you access to some of the best food in the region. Cisternino is 20 minutes, Ostuni is half an hour and the coast is within reach in around 35 minutes.



Trullo & Villa Sorellina –
LAYOUT AND ACCOMMODATION

The property is arranged across two buildings — a traditional trullo with adjoining lamia, and a separate villa — positioned just three metres apart. This layout allows guests to move easily between spaces while maintaining a clear sense of separation.

THE TRULLO AND LAMIA (Sleeps 6)

The trullo forms the more traditional side of the property, combining original character with practical living space.
Sitting Room
The main sitting room provides a comfortable indoor space with two sofas and an armchair, suitable for relaxing, reading, or watching television on the 32" internet-ready flat screen. There is a selection of books in both English and Italian, including local interest titles on Puglia.
Double doors open directly onto the patio, connecting the interior with the pool and garden area. The lounge has air-con.

BREAKFAST KITCHEN (Kitchen 1)
A smaller kitchen within the trullo allows for independent use — ideal for breakfast, drinks, or lighter meals.
It includes:

A round table seats four.
