"House Nikola", you live in our "small Schlössl".
The very nice, large and cozy apartment offers you the opportunity to recover undisturbed from your everyday stress.
Your top furnishing incl. Internet will make you feel like home.
Through your own front door, they have the feeling of being completely "free".
A great panoramic view over the entire Stubai mountains will fascinate you.
Ideal for couples and families who want to spend their holidays in beautiful surroundings. Countless hiking and mountain tours, offer themselves directly from our apartment on.
Even in winter we are an ideal starting point for your relaxing ski and toboggan vacation. The Schlick 2000 ski area, the Serles cable cars in Mieders, the Elferlifte in Neustift and the Stubai Glacier are in the immediate vicinity of us.
The "Stubay", our new leisure center with a great sauna landscape and adventure pool promise you a nice wellness day.

We had a fabulous week in the lovely apartment at Haus Nikola - spacious and comfortable with everything you might need. The situation is superb, with lovely walks from the door, cable car rides a short distance away for higher alpine walks. Using the StubaiCard (giving free access to many of the valley's facilities) was a real bonus. There is a small shady sitting-out area and you are welcome to sit in the owners' garden. Nikola and Markus, the owners, are charming, helpful and friendly, suggesting outings and providing leaflets in English. A wonderful first taste of Austria for us!

We had an amazing time and the hosts could not be anymore friendly and welcoming. The Stubai Valley is simply stunning and we enjoyed hiking and exploring. Innsbruck is very close by far as well. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Vermieter waren jederzeit sehr behilflich.
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön hell und gut eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
