Country house completely renovated, quiet environement to enjoy in family farming activities in an authentic setting. All modern comforts with character furniture. The 'Gravier's' house is located on the edge of the Regional Park of the Perche, 2 hours from Paris.
The 'Gravier' has a large garden dominated by a magnificent terrace. The park is bordered by a small river. Inside, the house of The Gravier has a large living room and a large kitchen. An imposing fireplace typical of the Perche region decorates the kitchen. A master suite and 2 other bedrooms can accommodate a large family or two couples and their children.

The property is absolutely beautiful - if anything, the photos don't do it justice! Quiet, rural but with other properties nearby, it was the ideal location to relax and enjoy family time with plentiful green space around us. So many butterflies and lizards as well as other wildlife. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and spacious, including the outside seating area.
The listing could perhaps do with a little updating to match the current amenities but everything we needed was available.
Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive - we had to make contact during the holiday and she replied immediately and resolved the problem.
We went into Paris for the Olympics and the journey to Vendome for the TGV was easy, plenty of parking and fantastic rail service.
Would highly recommend!

The house and garden are absolutely beautiful, a fabulous restoration. It is very well equipped for children. The location is remote and it is very quiet.
If you are from the UK, be aware that both bedding and towels are an additional charge unless you bring your own which is very different to UK holiday rentals.

We are a family of 5 and we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a nice and quiet place . The house is really beautiful , very comfortable and we really loved to stay there.
