We used the property as a central location as our base of operations for a series of day trips throughout Bavaria. This property has a great location. Very quiet. Great rooms & amenities. A real "First Class" property that we will likely use again and I recommend it to others who want a high quality experiene.

We were welcomed with essential foods after our awful trip delays in England. The house was immaculate. Everything was thought of from cleaning products to bedding and dressing gowns. We really enjoyed the pool table and gym equipment. As well as a great base for exploring Bavaria, it was relaxing with games, massive TV, balconies and a game of hide and seek was great!! My son (6) said he felt at home in the holiday house. We would love to come again and Peter, the owner, was extremely helpful, kind and easy to communicate with. Thankyou so much Peter. Your excellent hosting has relaxed four stressed out people!!

Das Haus ist sehr gut durchgedacht, gepflegt und gestaltet. Es liegt nah zum Chiemsee und zur Stadt Traunstein. Der Vermieter hat sehr klare Einreiseerläuterungen gegeben. Es war eine sehr angenehme Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
