The 100 m² apartment has 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom (shower / toilet), dining room with kitchenette. The large roof terrace invites you to relax and can be used by smokers. Grilling is possible here on an electric grill. The location directly on the Elbe is quiet, yet conveniently located.
The historic city center of Pirna, the S-Bahn, steamboat landing and Elberadweg are only a 10-minute walk away. The S-Bahn takes you to Dresden Hbf in 20 minutes. The nearest swimming area is only 3 km away. By car or S-Bahn you are in Saxon Switzerland in a few minutes. The Bastei can be reached, for example, in 13 km by road or three S-Bahn stations. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
From 01/01/2020 a guest tax of 2 euros per day for adults (over 16) will be charged in Pirna. This must be added to the stated prices and paid in cash on arrival. Pupils, students and trainees from the 17th to the completed 25th Year of life, severely disabled, whose degree of disability is at least 80% H., receive a 50% discount on the guest tax.

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter! Super Lage, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der nahen Umgebung, auch nach Dresden ist es nicht weit. Wer sein Auto stehen lassen möchte, kann alles mit Bus oder Bahn bereisen.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines ansonsten unbewohnten Hauses. Sie ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Terrasse von der man leider nur auf den Parkplatz eines Getränkemarktes guckt. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man über eine Elbebrücke in der sehr schönen Stadt.
Ein großer Hof abgeschlossener Hof zum Parken und ein überdachter Platz für die Fahrräder.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
PS. Der große Sonnenschirm braucht einen besseren Ständer. Bei Wind leider nicht zu benutzen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Umgebung. Gestört hat uns nur, dass wir von der Agentur ständig aufgefordert wurden, uns anzumelden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Durch die 2 Wohn-schlafzimmer, die große Küche und den gemütlich eingerichteten Vorraum bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten um in Ruhe oder gemeinsam den Urlaub zu verbringen. Bei schönem Wetter steht auch noch eine große Terasse zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet
