Our comfortably furnished 3-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and exciting North Sea holiday - whether you alone, as a couple or as a small or large family with us the "best weeks of the year" or just a " Second vacation "in the spring, fall or winter want to spend.
Through plenty of space, separate entrance and private garden owns the apartment in Zoellnerhaus the comfort of a holiday home.
The publicans house is a duplex. The 65 square meter apartment occupies the entire ground floor of our house. On the ground floor you have a bedroom, a combined living room and bedroom and a large kitchen is available. There is also a bedroom in the attic. The remaining rooms in the attic are not used during your stay. A floor plan can be found in the gallery.
The rooms are cozy and individually decorated. The equipment, which also includes bicycles, designed for stays of up to six people. Behind the house there is a small sheltered by a dune garden, in it you will find a beach chair, garden furniture and a small sandpit. Also the garden is available during your stay "exclusively" available and is ideal for reading, napping, sunbathing or romp.
The Zoellnerhaus in Raanwai 18 (former 'Old village street') is within sight of the North Sea on the Wadden Sea side of the village Rantum. The location is quiet but central. Or, as one of our guests once described in the guestbook: "in the middle, yet protected, without disturbing or being disturbed." The Waddenzee dike is located directly behind the houses on the street. Almost within sight are the children's playground and the small village shop. To "center" of the village with the baker, the Church and the spa is just a few hundred yards. Even the walk to the sandy beach on the west side of the village is only about 500 meters.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Doppelhaushälfte mit allem was man braucht, incl. Fahrräder. Ausreichend Platz, wir waren allerdings nur zu Dritt. Wir haben uns rundum zufrieden gefühlt.

Das mit wirklich Allem, was nötig, bestens und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus liegt ideal in der Mitte der Insel und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Der Nordseestrand wie auch die Wattseite sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar Mit dem eigenen Auto, mit dem Bus oder den drei vom Vermieter frei zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern, in alle Richtungen lässt sich die Insel problemlos erorbern. Und Sylt ist allemal eine Reise wert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Einfache Ausstattung aber alles da was man braucht; vor allem die herrliche Ruhe. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar die Insel erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
