The detached holiday house, built in 1985 and renovated in 2005, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area.

On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (fuel oil, wood/coal). The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 3 single beds and sea View. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 16 sqm and with dinette, TV, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC and window. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Separate toilet 3 sqm and with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Мы провели две замечательные недели На острове полном разнообразных красот.
Домик хоть и старенький, но в нём есть всё что не обходимо для проживания. Магазин в двух шагах, в 4 км есть маленький базар и магазин по больше.
Хозяин живёт в соседнем доме. Уход за домами, постельным бельём и огородом лежит полностью на нём, а ему уже почти 80.
Море, само загляденье. Отпуск был сказка
