About this apartment rental
This is a sought after upper unit with fabulous views of the mountains. The upper units have sky lights and you'll love the light and bright airy feel. Please book by the calendar month. One bedroom, two full baths. Incredible views of the iconic Deauville fountain and you’ll enjoy the sunsets from the patio. Soak up the sunshine at one of three pools during the day and be walking distance to all the fun of downtown at night.
Walk out of the master bedroom sliding door onto the patio and enjoy coffee on your own private the patio. Make tea quickly with our steaming hot water on demand special faucet. While your're in the kitchen getting your tea, you will enjoy the new granite tile and tile back splash. The patio has a gas grill for creating your bbq masterpiece.

POOLS AND RECREATION:
Ready to work off all the wonderful food in Palm Springs? The Deauville has two tennis courts, exercise room, three beautiful pools and 3 outdoor spas. The main pool is very large and perfect for getting some laps in. We provide nice tennis rackets and balls so no need to bring your own. We also provide beach towels for the pool.
BATHS:
Two full baths. Both very spacious baths. The master bath has a tiled shower, large vanity with mirror and a closet. The second bath has a shower and good size bathtub combo. Both baths have fans and heat lamps.
WASHER AND DRYERS:
Our condo features a stacked washer dryer, plus the complex has washers and dryers.
Convenient parking in front of our condo, no need to go through main complex to enter. You can also park in our underground parking.
Cable TV with DVR (two flat screen TVs. One in the living room and the other in the bedroom) and free WIFI.

Mary's condo was great and even better than the photos !!! The condo was super clean and very sanitary. It has a beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. It appears newly painted with fresh carpet. The second floor location has bright skylights and faces the illuminated fountain and PS Mount Jacinto mountain. It has plenty of seating and a very comfortable king bed. The main pool is resort sized, warm from the constant sunshine, with two smaller pools. Very quiet with shade from palm trees. Complex very lushly landscaped and well maintained. Main st. PS is 2-3 blocks away with outdoor restaurants open and Casino across st with low priced drinks and snacks. I highly recommend Mary's place for a PS getaway. Location is perfect, great pools, nice neighbors. We miss PS already and can't wait to return. Thanks, Mary!!!!

This was the first time I tried VRBO and it was wonderful. Mary’s condo was clean and comfortable and the grounds were immaculate. It was so quiet and peaceful. The location was ideal as it was so close to downtown, the airport and shopping. Palm Springs has a large variety of activities so there was always something to do. The weather was sunny everyday and I could sit outside and enjoy it. It was hard to leave and come back to snow. Mary and Susan were great and I will be going back definitely.

We loved every minute of our 40 day stay at this property. Beautiful and well maintained Condo Unit with everything we needed to make us comfortable. Also loved the vaulted ceiling in the main living area. Condo complex had resort feel, with awesome pools (3 total!). We also used the tennis courts and the fitness rooms. Loved that we could easily walk to Palm Canyon Drive, Casino, Move Theater, Museums, Restaurants and other attractions. Great that we could park our car out of the sun in the underground garage. We hope that we can make it back some day for another stay at this great property.

Very nice and quiet with pretty patio view of mts. Within 6-10 blocks to town. Condo fully furnished with king bed very comfortable. So enjoyed it all. Thanks Mary!! Was very restful and peaceful. Would do it again!!
