About this house rental
The newly renovated villa Villa Valcros is located in a quiet residential area on a hill of the foothills of the Massif des Maures. From the detached house and the terraces you can enjoy a fantastic view over the bay of Hyères with the Giens peninsula and the Ile de Porquerolles. The garden has two cork trees and a patio canopy shade, but depending on your taste and season well enough sunny places. The 12 x 6 m pool is located in a slightly deeper part of the garden. House and garden have so that you can always find a south-west location, a suitable spot with good views. The house has a dedicated parking (additional visitor parking spaces are also available), which is located at a dead end. The access to the property then you can reach through several stages. The plots are arranged so that you are undisturbed in the house and garden.
The house has a large living room with open kitchen, from which they also have a good sea view. A few steps lead to the 3 bedrooms. A bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet and a second bathroom with wash basin and shower. There is also a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms are south facing and have also sea view. The third bedroom is west. The occupancy is six persons optimal (two double beds, a bunk bed), and there is a sofa bed in the living room with two additional beds. Bed linen and towels are or can be rented on site for an additional fee.
The place is very conveniently located between Hyeres and St.-Tropez And offers many possibilities for excursions in the near and far, both on the coast of the Riviera and the picturesque hinterland of Provence.

Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Südfrankreich gemietet und noch nie einen erneuten Besuch erwogen. Dieser hängt hier nur davon ab, ob wir im nächsten Jahr wieder an die Côte dAzur wollen. Sauber, auch der Pool. Freundliche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Komplette und neue Ausstattung. Wie es sein soll!
