Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 700 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 3.4 km, sandy beach 1 km pebble beach 1 km, rocky beach 40 m. My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay in Zavalatica. The apartment itself is large and clean. It was a perfect walk to the village across the bay where there is a grocery and a charming family-run cafe with excellent service. It was also easy to walk down to the rocky shoreline in front of our place. I think it would be very helpful if the actual address can be provided to guests as this unit is down a tiny lane - the friendly hosts were great to help us find it. I did not appreciate being asked to provide a cash damage deposit on arrival. I highly recommend this property.

Das einzige was wünschenswert Wer gewesen wäre, wäre eine Klima. Ansonsten einfach genial. Vorallem der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Auch der Pool war super.

Der Strand war sehr schön sehr sauber die Liegen vor Ort auch ausreichend immer schönes schattiges Plätzchen. .Pool war auch okay könnte öfters die Pumpe laufen .Nun zum Innenbereich Aussicht einmalig Küche ausreichend. Leider hat eine Klimaanlage gefehlt in der grossen Wohnung. Ansonsten in die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar.Bäder waren gut super Dusche nur keine Steckdose im kleinen Bad keine Mülleimer im Bad. Vermieter stellen eigenen Wein und Olivenöl her leider wurde nichts zu Probe hingestellt

Trumhafte Lage für Menschen die viel Ruhe benötigen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir waren das dritte Mal schon dort und sind immer noch sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sauber und entspricht den dortigen Standart. Immer wieder.
