The house was built at the end of the 19th century as a summer residence and now offers comfortable apartments in a quiet, green environment. The air-conditioned studio is located on the second floor, has around 21.5 m² of living space and a 12 m² terrace with sea view, equipped with seating furniture and a parasol.

The cupboard-like kitchen unit is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, sink, 2-plate cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
