This charming apartment is located in the beautiful Leiwen-Zummethöhe on the Moselle. The apartment is about 60m ² and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a separate bedroom (double bed), a large living room (2 fold-away beds), a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a kitchen with dishwasher. Of course with free WiFi.
You can expect a comfortable apartment with a separate entrance, lots of light and windows. In front of the apartment you have your own terrace, which is equipped with seating and reclining furniture. You also have access to a very large, private lawn and play area with a park-like character.
The district of Leiwen-Zummet lies directly above a Moselle loop. From here you have the ideal basis for excursions for hiking or biking in the area with a constant view of the Moselle. The very popular panorama pool in the vicinity also invites you to visit.

Eine top gepflegte, wenn auch in der Ausstattung schon etwas ältere Wohnung in idealer Ausgangslage zum Wandern in der Moselregion. Sehr nette Vermieterin, angenehm zurückhaltend.

Veel privacy, rustig en veel ruimte. Een keurige gastvrouw die zeer bescheiden op de achtergrond aanwezig is en als je er behoefte aan hebt je reisadviezen meegeeft.
Vanuit dit appartement is het een zeer goede uitvalbasis voor fietstochten langs dit prachtige gedeelte van de Moezel. Een e-bike was daarbij voor ons onmisbaar.

The apartment is a spacious, comfortable and clean home with a nice view over the hills and valley of the Mosel.
As we were there in the winter, we didn't use the outdoor area, but it looked fine. The apartment itself was nice and warm. The interior is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us at all, because the venue overall was fine. The host is very friendly, and once we were settled, there was no interference of the host.
The neighbourhood is interesting with the different vineyards, quaint villages, the city of Trier nearby. There are no shops nearby, but some good supermarkets about 15 minutes drive away.
