About this apartment rental
Our apartments are located in a residential complex in Seehausen am Staffelsee and are accessible through private entrances. The apartments are named after islands in the Staffelsee, the island "Kleine Birke" is located on the ground floor, the island "Wörth" on the first floor of the apartment complex.
It is quiet but central, the main things are within walking distance:
- Free swimming area (150 meters)
- Murnau beach (5 minutes)
- Seehaus beach (10 minutes)
- boat rental (10 minutes)
- Passenger ship Seehausen (10 minutes)
- Bakers and a small grocery store (10 minutes)
- Murnau train station (15 minutes)
- Markt Murnau am Staffelsee (20 minutes)
You live with us in the immediate vicinity of the lake, a small public lawn and access to the lake are only 150m away.
The "Murnauer Strandbad" is about 5 and the "Seehauser lido" in about 10 minutes reachable.
You can Staffelsee explore in different ways, firstly by renting a pedal boat or electric boat and on the other by the "passenger ship Seehausen" lake tour with some stops about 80 minutes. Job opportunities, as well as boat rentals are located at the respective beach resorts.
The Staffelsee can be wonderfully circle by bike (20km). Those who bring not own bike, you can borrow from the local office various bikes (also e-bikes). In cold winters the frozen Staffelsee pedestrians and skiers invites for walking.
Seehausen offers a small grocery store and a local bakery. More shops, and pharmacies and drugstores you will find in the market Murnau.

es fehlte uns ein zusätzlicher Raum das Schlafzimmer war ohne Fenster in der Ferienwohnung das hat uns persönlich nicht angesprochen sonst war aber alles sehr schön 😌

Saubere und sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft mit klasse Lage. Vor Ort findet man allem was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Kommunikation sowie Begrüßung mit/durch die Gastgeber.
