It is a separate separate residential unit, which has its own entrance in the yard. The owner lives in the main building.
The approximately 50 square meter apartment is spread over one floor downstairs. Layout:
- Small hall,
- Guest toilet with urinal,
- Large kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee, dishwasher and washing machine,
- Living room with double sofa bed (1.60 to 2.00 m)
- Bedroom with double bed (1.80 to 2.00 m)
- Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
In each bedroom and living room has a TV with cable channels. Free Internet is available.
The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
A parking located in the yard, which is closed all day.
When Animals are important to note that 2 cats belong to the house, the discreetly retire at visit but.

Centrally located, good space and great experience. The host was very kind, welcoming and offered additional services like a city tour that we unfortunately didn’t have time to go on. Will be back next time in Neustadt an der Weinstr.
