54 m2. More information by the provider: Little comfortable chalet with a new kitchen, new floors and a modern furniture. It is situated in the quarter Neufeld. The whole house is on the same level. There’s a big garden. It is perfect for families with kids or for older people. To reach the centre, it takes you about 10 minutes for walking or to go with the bike. Really close is the playground with the little lake and also the cross-country-slopes. The bus stop is in 3-5 minutes.
Little house with 4 rooms, a new kitchen, a table with a corner seat. In the living room is a couch for 4 persons. There are 3 sleeping rooms: 2 with a double bed each and one with a bunk bed. The floors and windows are renovated. The bathroom has a bathtub. There’s a coffee machine Nespresso. Please bring your own capsules. There are electric stoves and the fireplace for heating. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
Incl. Kitchentowels and wood for heating in the fire place, bed linen, final cleaning. Excl. electricity (heating costs) are going to be calculated after the stay and you will get a bill. Bath towels are not disposable.
